On Thursday morning me and my team went to the rugby fields in Kaikohe to play rippa rugby.
When we got there I said, “Look at the teams.”

I felt excited to play rippa rugby.

The first thing I did was passing the ball and ripping the tags in training.

Next I went on the seat to listen to the coach telling us the rules for the day.
Then we went to have our first game. When I saw the other team I said, “Whoa that is a big team we’re versing.”
I felt ready to play.

After that we got to our final game and we lost. We were so close to winning. “Oh well there’s always next year to try again,” I said.

I felt great. It was a perfect day.
